Quality Assurance and Testing
Impartial and rigorous testing to derisk your implementation
When you’re launching a new system or a service for thousands (or millions) of users, you have no room for error.
But when your teams are focused on their day-to-day activities, especially around month-end, how do you find the time and resources for effective testing?
That’s where we come in. We provide experienced, independent test teams with deep knowledge of your specific technology, so you can test and go live with confidence. And when timescales are tight, we move fast, deploying full testing teams together in as little as two weeks.
How we help

Performance testing
We make sure your system can handle real-world demand. We test speed, reliability, and scalability.

Functional testing
We validate that your system delivers exactly what your business needs, with all features and functions working as expected.

Non-functional testing
We test the things that guarantee a seamless user experience - usability, stability, integrations and overall system behaviour.

Accessibility testing
We make sure your system is inclusive, intuitive and accessible for everyone.

Building self-sufficiency
We don’t just test, we upskill your team. You get the assets we create – test scripts, traceability matrices and more, and we share our knowledge so you can manage future releases independently.
Things you might need support with
- Your internal teams are focused on day-to-day operations leaving limited capacity for thorough testing.
- You need independent assurance beyond your IT supplier’s testing.
- You’re implementing at scale and need assurance and confidence that your service will perform as expected before it goes live.

Quality Assurance and Testing in action
The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT)
We delivered a 2-year testing programme for a pan-government engagement. We deployed a team of 36 specialist testers within 2 weeks to hit the ground running.
How we work
- Utilise the testing methodology that best fits your project (continuous testing, shift-left, V-model)
- Deliver using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methods in Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), PRINCE2 and MSP environments
- Apply recognised business change (Prosci, ADKAR) and architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
- Adopt secure by design principles aligned to the National Cyber Security Centre’s guidelines
- For our government clients we apply the UK Government Technology Code of Practice and GDS Service Manual
- Follow user centred design principles.
